Dr. Millhollon completed residency training in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas, specialty training in Pulmonary Medicine at Texas A&M and specialty training in Allergy/Immunology at Tulane University. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, the American Board of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology, is an affiliate educator with the University of Arizona Medical School and past president of the Phoenix and Arizona Allergy and Asthma Society.
